Being Saint Patricks Day, I decided to do a Irish whisky tasting at home. Trying about 8 different expressions & when I came to the new Michael Collins 10 Single Malt it almost blew me away.

A fantastic whisky that drinks much older then its age.

When I nosed this whisky I got tons of vanilla, honey, chocolate & some citrus.

It Has an amazing moulthfeel & the finish is long and smooth.

WOW - GREAT WHISKY - MADE MY SAINT PATRICKS DAY!!
